The Maxx Crosby Foundation, opened by Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby and his wife Rachel Crosby [nee Washburn] in 2023, supports causes including teen substance abuse intervention, youth health and wellness, animal rescue and abuse prevention, and other charitable initiatives. They partnered with the Maxx Crosby Foundation in 2023. Every Las Vegas Raiders sack during each season effectively translated into $2,000 toward charitable causes.

Credit One Bank started its “One For The Community” initiative in 2021. Over three years, the foundation has quickly become a means for Maxx Crosby’s off-gridiron community work. The Credit One Bank and Maxx Crosby Foundation partnership is one of the most popular defensive statistics with community-focused financial commitment. The initiative has become an annual connection between Las Vegas Raiders football and charitable causes in Southern Nevada. For Crosby, it’s a dual benefit, as the partnership acts as an opportunity to connect his gridiron duties with his everlasting commitment to the Las Vegas community. For the past three years, they have collaborated on a donation model.

Credit One Bank pledged $2,000 for every sack recorded by a Las Vegas Raiders player during the 2023 NFL season. The Raiders defense recorded 37 sacks, which ultimately generated $74,000. Credit One Bank increased the contribution to $100,000. One half of the amount [$50,000] went to the Maxx Crosby Foundation. Then came the 2024 NFL season, and the same recipe was repeated. Only this time, there were 38 sacks, so the amount totaled $76,000. Credit One Bank again rounded up the amount to $100,000, of which one half [$50,000] went to Maxx Crosby’s foundation. In the 2025 season, the same recipe was repeated, but with only 37 sacks. Maxx Crosby personally accounted for 10 of the Raiders’ 37 sacks in 2025. The total amount was $74,000. Credit One Bank rounded it up to $100,000, of which $50,000 went to the defensive end’s organization. In partnership with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, Credit One Bank helped 5,329 students participate in the BizTown and Finance Park programs, providing them with 95,892 cumulative contact hours of hands-on financial learning. This year, Credit One Bank announced the initiative again via Instagram in September.

Since launching in 2021, the “One For The Community” initiative has supported seven nonprofits and contributed $500,000 in total. And it’s an honor to be surrounded by countless individuals who care so deeply about giving back to their community,” said Mamta Kapoor, Credit One Bank executive vice president of partnerships. However, the donation was made based on the total number of sacks, and not on Crosby’s individual stats. The other co-beneficiary halves have rotated between the YMCA of Southern Nevada and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. They will be supporting the Maxx Crosby Foundation and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada focuses on financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurial education for local students. Get the latest Sports News and Live updates.
