Hyderabad: AI-led SaaS fintech and global spend management platform Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited on Tuesday said it plans to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) in the United Arab Emirates, as part of plans to expand its international technology and investment footprint.

Zaggle said the entity will support fintech, SaaS and artificial intelligence businesses, while also serving as a holding company for investments in group companies and third-party entities, depending on future requirements. Zaggle founder and executive chairman Raj P Narayanam said the planned Abu Dhabi unit marks an important step in building Zaggle’s international ambitions. He said the UAE’s position as a global hub for financial services, technology and innovation made it a suitable platform for pursuing opportunities across fintech, SaaS and AI, as well as for evaluating investments that could strengthen capabilities and expand markets.
