Around 80% of the museum’s civil work has been completed, with the remaining construction targeted for completion by Dec 15, officials said. Agra : Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath ’s scheduled visit to Agra on Friday was postponed due to adverse weather conditions.
Yogi was to address a public meeting at Tata Ground in support of candidates in the Agra graduate and teachers’ constituency elections, according to the chief minister’s office’s earlier schedule. Meanwhile, state tourism and culture minister Jaiveer Singh inspected the under-construction Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum and reviewed its progress. Work on selecting exhibits, preparing scripts, and curating galleries is also underway. His itinerary also included inspecting the museum and paying tribute to former MLA Chhotelal Verma.
