Vice-president, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi, Dr Jashubhai H Chaudhary shared these views as chief guest during the inaugural function of a faculty development programme (FDP) on ‘Effective implementation of B Pharm curriculum as per NEP 2020: Challenges and opportunities’ organised by the United Institute of Pharmacy (UIP), Naini, in association with PCI, New Delhi, on Monday. Dr Chaudhary said that PCI has made significant changes in the B Pharm syllabus in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and the inclusion of AI is one of the most significant reforms. He appealed to pharmacy teachers to implement PCI initiatives at the ground level so that students benefit at large.
He announced that to ensure effective implementation of the revised curriculum, PCI will carry out a nationwide training programme for pharmacy teachers through FDPs, workshops and hands-on sessions. Stay updated with the latest Prayagraj news.
Speaking as guest of honour, chairman, UP, PCI, Sandeep Badola said that the revision in the B Pharm syllabus will open new avenues for research and employment for students.
