The maurang-laden dumper developed a technical fault and came to a halt on the road, according to police. A speeding passenger bus travelling behind it crashed into its rear portion. The front of the bus was severely damaged, and the driver got trapped in the cabin with serious injuries. Police removed the damaged bus and motorcycle but failed to clear the broken-down dumper from the road. Kanpur: Four people were seriously injured in a series of crashes involving a broken-down dumper left in a running lane on the Naramau highway in Kanpur on Friday night.
