The members will be selected from among the 15 candidates who reached the final stage of the selection process for the CEO’s post.
The team will be finalised after detailed discussions involving members of the CEO selection committee, newly appointed general secretary Govind Dev Giri and treasurer Mahesh Bhagchandaka, according to sources. Krishna Mohan, a member of the Trust, and Trust president Mahant Nritya Gopal Das will also be part of the deliberations. The new CEO will also participate in the process and help identify officials suited to the Trust’s expanding administrative responsibilities. At least seven members are likely to be selected for key positions. These may include heads for leadership and administration, security, finance and engineering. The team could also have an additional CEO, a compliance officer and officials for other specialised responsibilities. The shortlisted candidates include retired IAS and IPS officers, former PCS officials and professionals from other fields. Retired IPS officer Rajesh Pandey is among those who were considered for the top position.

Sources said the financial implications of the proposed structure would be a crucial point of discussion.
