The spinner picked up an injury after the first contest at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Sunday, which India won by 7 wickets. In the first T20I against Afghanistan, the 35-year-old picked up a wicket while conceding just 16 runs in his four overs. The fresh injury leaves Chakaravarthy doubtful for the Asian Games in Japan, beginning on September 19.
