Joe Burow opens up on the team’s strategy as the Cincinnati Bengals record a slow start to the season
Joe Burrow , the Cincinnati Bengals’ popular quarterback, recorded a slow start to the season as the team has won against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 1 and the Houston Texans in Week 2 but lost in the next two weeks. The Cincinnati Bengals have now lost consecutively against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
After the loss last weekend, the popular quarterback Joe Burrow opened up about his feelings as he said, “I might have been a little emotional after the game. […] Obviously you want to have balance as an offense, and the run game wasn’t good enough on Sunday, and I feel confident in myself that you put it in my hands and I’m going to make it work…” Joe Burrow added, It’s very situational. He continued, We have to be more balanced going forward, and a big part of that is the run game…We obviously have to be better at it,” Burrow said. Ahead of the match against the Miami Dolphins, all eyes remain on Joe Burrow. When you get into a game like Sunday, and they’re a really good defense, really good front seven, I felt like we were we were moving the ball pretty well in the pass game. […] I could have been better in spots to help our guys and not put our defense in bad positions with the turnovers…But yeah, we’ve got to be more balanced going forward, and a big part of that is the run game. “We’re still going to stick with it and keep getting reps invested in that. I think it’s very valuable, so we have to be able to do it. But we need to be better.”
As per reports, the Cincinnati Bengals’ injury report has ruled out safety Kyle Dugger for today’s matchup against the Miami Dolphins.
