Patrick Mahomes reflects on the team’s performance as the Kansas City Chiefs struggl on the field
In an interview, the Kansas City Chiefs’ star player Patrick Mahomes said, “Everybody sees the game days. And you want to win that Super Bowl at the end of the year…” A few hours ago, as the top quarterback spoke to reporters, he said, “Now, you’re kind of in a dogfight for the division… You have to take it one week at a time…” The popular star added, “Last week we didn’t have the fight that we had this week. Patrick Mahomes , the Kansas City Chiefs’ top quarterback, has remained a committed player on the field while being a dedicated father to his three children and a loving husband to his wife, Brittany Mahomes. Patrick Mahomes has enjoyed a successful career but his family life is just as important for him as he has opened up about it. They don’t see the day-to-day grind. They don’t see how you have to manage playing football and being a dad and being a husband. The star player explained how he has prioritized his family as he added, “It’s football. You’re gonna have highs; you’re gonna have the lows…You put so much into this that you want to win, you want to succeed. I thought the fight was better this week. Whenever you’re playing up against a really good football team. But at the end a loss is a loss and you learn from it, you move on from it and we’re still early in the season. Patrick Mahomes seems busy preparing for the upcoming clash as all eyes remain on him amid concerns that the team is clearly struggling on the field in the new season.
