WWE reportedly will incur $70-90 million if it moves Crown Jewel from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, elsewhere. In a recent appearance on FOX News, one of the top officials of WWE’s parent company, TKO, i.e., Ari Emanuel, stated that the event is still planned to happen in Riyadh, along with a UFC event set for October 31.

At the same time, Emanuel said they have been monitoring the situation daily and have contingency plans ready if needed. We have in the middle of November, a Frieze art show, so, so far so good, nothing’s been canceled”, said Emanuel . It will affect their margins for the quarter in a drastic way, and they are unlikely to do so, especially when they have constant monitoring and communication with Saudi officials regarding the situation. “Right now, everything’s still set for this weekend coming up in Abu Dhabi. We have a UFC fight. “Yeah, we have a whole team kind of working on this, and kind of when and if it doesn’t happened where we can move it, it’s a daily monitoring. With a big statement from TKO’s top brass, it is a strong sign that WWE Crown Jewel will indeed happen in Riyadh.
