The farm is still operating as a choose-and-cut Christmas tree business, alongside active hay fields and open pastures, according to property details on Realtor.com. The barn still has its original heavy timber frame, traditional mortise-and-tenon joints, and loft space used for storing farm equipment and supplies. The property also includes a main house and a separate guest cottage. Records on Realtor.com show that the cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom, and utilities, giving it an independent living space. It could be used by farm workers, guests, or as a rental. The land includes farmland, working Christmas tree fields, mature wooded areas, and a natural stream that runs through the property.
The current owners bought the Blairstown property 80 years ago and gradually turned parts of the land into a commercial Christmas tree business serving families across northern New Jersey during the holiday season.
