Yogesh Chavan, the third person injured in the firing incident involving Tiger Shroff, sustained bullet injuries to his chest, Cooper Hospital doctors said. Tiger Shroff and his driver were taken to Nanavati Hospital following the firing incident. Hospital sources issued a preliminary assessment, saying the driver had suffered a bullet injury to his left hand. However, police were yet to confirm the details of the driver’s injury. The circumstances in which Chavan was injured were not immediately clear from the available information. Juhu Police were investigating the crime scene following the firing incident. A forensic team also collected evidence from the spot where the firing took place. The incident sparked alarm in film and political circles, given the previous fatal attack on politician Baba Siddiqui in Bandra and the firing incident at Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra Bandstand.
The Bishnoi gang has previously used social media to claim responsibility for attacks.
Tiger Shroff is safe and has not sustained any gunshot injuries, Mumbai Police said. The actor was taken to Nanavati Hospital in Vile Parle, where doctors said he had suffered a few abrasions but no bullet wounds. A police officer said, “Tiger Shroff is safe.
He has not suffered any firearm injury. Further investigation is underway.”
