Nashik : Rajabhau Waje, Shiv Sena (UBT) member of Parliament (MP) from Nashik Lok Sabha constituency, is the only MP from Maharashtra who has been selected as part of a 12-member parliamentary delegation to represent India at the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
“The UNGA is a crucial platform bringing 193 nations together. Being part of the 12-member parliamentary delegation to represent India on such an iconic global stage is both a great honour and a significant responsibility. He has asked over 100 questions and participated in 36 debates so far, according to available parliamentary records.
I dedicate this opportunity, which recognizes my parliamentary work, to the trust placed in me by the people of Nashik,” said MP Rajabhau Waje. The selection is a recognition of his active performance in parliamentary affairs, as Waje has a reputation for championing local matters in Parliament.
