Coimbatore: Tamizhaga Vivasayigal Paadhugappu Sangam has urged the Tamil Nadu govt to revise the quality specifications for milk procurement from Fat 4.3 and SNF 8.2 to Fat 4.0 and SNF 8.0 and fix the procurement rate at Rs 44. The association said that under the current announcement, producers would get a maximum of Rs 41.35.
