After the video surfaced, superintendent of police (SP) Vinay Kumar Singh took cognisance of the matter suspended the three personnel following a probe. The SP also ordered a departmental inquiry against sub-inspector Vipin Kumar Dwivedi of the Reserve Police Line, Orai; head constable Lavlesh Kumar Yadav, posted at Kotwali Orai; and head constable Brijveer Singh, posted at Kotwali Jalaun.
