Stephen Curry, the four time NBA champion, has been reeling from an injury plagued season as he spends his time in recovery. Ahead of the new season, it seems Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, have made a multi million dollar move.
The Golden State Warriors’ star player Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry sold their palatial Bay Area mansion at 28 Selby Lane for a whopping $29.1 million, according to reports. For the unversed, Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, had bought their recently sold home in 2020 for $30 million. Selling it at $29 million seems like a huge loss for the star player but it has not been made clear what prompted him to make such a move. NBA insider Brett Siegel added, “Retirement is obviously on the horizon, but team sources told ClutchPoints that Curry has made it known multiple times throughout the years that he would like to play at least 20 seasons in the NBA. The 2025-26 season was his 17th year.”
A few weeks ago, a NBA insider Brett Siegel had weighed in on Stephen Curry’s retirement rumors as he said, “In terms of what his future with the Warriors looks like, Curry is not going anywhere anytime soon. However, neither the Golden State Warriors’ star player Stephen Curry nor his wife Ayesha Curry has reacted to the news yet as they remain private about their finances.
