Asus has taken steps to simplify the process of obtaining genuine battery replacements for its laptops in India. The company is now offering official Asus laptop batteries at select Asus Exclusive Stores (AES) throughout the country. This initiative includes both the consumer and gaming laptop categories, making it easier for users to find the right replacement components for their devices.
The battery replacement programme now spans 13 states and regions, including Delhi NCR, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Kerala, Gujarat, and the North-East.
The move is part of Asus India’s broader after-sales push, which the company calls its “Assurance” framework—a support structure built around quality, coverage, and added-value services. Asus has set up a Battery Finder microsite where customers can enter their laptop model to locate the nearest Asus Exclusive Store or authorised channel partner stocking a compatible battery. Every replacement comes with professional installation and a one-year warranty. Beyond replacements, Asus is also using this rollout to push battery health awareness—pointing users toward better charging habits, thermal management, and timely servicing.
