Lucknow: A 33-year-old man, who had returned from Delhi to his native village to celebrate Raksha Bandhan , died in a road accident in Hardoi on Wednesday. On Wednesday night, Sanjay went to Gausganj market on a motorcycle with his 25-year-old friend Rahul , who was riding the vehicle. His friend, who was riding the motorcycle, sustained serious injuries in the crash. the motorcycle reportedly went out of control and overturned between Khajhona and Gausganj While returning. Both men were thrown onto the road and sustained serious head and other injuries. Local residents informed the police and called an ambulance. The injured were taken to the Community Health Centre in Kachhauna for treatment.
Tragic Accident Claims Life of Local Resident
A fatal accident occurred in the Kachhauna Kotwali area while two friends were returning from Gausganj market, where they had gone to buy items for an upcoming festival. The deceased has been identified as Sanjay, a resident of Rainso village. He worked at a gutkha manufacturing factory in Delhi and had returned to his village on August 21 to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with his family.
Sanjay was the third of eight siblings, with four brothers and four sisters, and he was unmarried. His untimely death has left his family in deep mourning.
