Indian-descent singer-songwriter Celina Sharma has released her new five-track EP Chapter 2 , marking a more mature and introspective phase in her musical journey. The project sees the 24-year-old artist move away from the youthful pop sound of her earlier work towards emotionally driven ballads centred on vulnerability, identity and personal growth.

The EP draws from Sharma’s own experience of leaving Australia for London alone at the age of 16 to pursue music. Across its five tracks, she reflects on the loneliness, sacrifices, risks and resilience that came with chasing her ambitions far from home.

“ Chapter 2 feels like the first time I’ve really allowed people into my world. I left home at 16 to follow this dream. I know myself so much better now as both a person and an artist. ” Dear Mama is an emotional tribute to her mother, who supported her decision to leave home at 16, while I Made This Song For You explores grief, loss and the process of learning to live without someone close.

There have been some amazing milestones, but also moments that challenged me in ways I never expected, ” Sharma says. “ This project is about all of it — growing up, finding myself and understanding that even the difficult moments shape who you are. The EP closes with Another Life , a reflective ballad about separation, loss and the hope of meeting a loved one again.
